After being widowed a few years ago, I began taking my Ford to Eddie Gilstraps for service. They seem to do a good job and are just so nice to deal with. This is just a nice place with nice people, at least in the service department. I did not buy my car there so I am not familiar with their sales department.
If there is one thing I despise most, it's car shopping. There is so much pressure to buy something you might not even want. Eddie Gilstrap sits apart from others. My car buying process was easy and painless! No pressure, quick, and SIMPLE! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Even though the dealership isn't close to home for me, it is far worth the extra drive. Five stars from me!

I can't say enough good things about the team at Eddie Gilstrap Motors. Working with Mike and Jay was exceptional. Since it was at the end of the model year, they didn't have the exact F150 configuration I was looking for on their lot but after a brief search they provided me with multiple options to choose from. After a bit of time reviewing the various options I selected one. The only thing it was missing was a spray-in bed liner. They said no problem we can add that. I live out of state and no dealer local to where I live provides this level of service. This is why I continue to go back to Eddie Gilstrap Motors. Without question the team will work with you to get you what you want.
