Went there yesterday to get a part for my car. Asked if it would fit my car was told I don't know you will have to go measure it the computer won't tell us. I went outside looked it up online found out that yes it was right size came back in to get it. The woman asked me if I call and got the size I said no I looked it up online she then got kinda rude about me doing that so I told her I used to work for Oreillys and if she had taken the time to look it up in a book for me she could have helped me instead of me having to do it for myself that is called good customer service. She then got hostile with me putting a person on hold to yell at me now if she thinks that is the way you act in a store you are so wrong. I left Oreillys for a good reason and people like her remind everyday what that reason is. I still work in a customer service type job and no matter what a customer says to you, you never yell at them in the middle of the store. I can't believe she still has a job there acting like that I would have been fired on the spot if it had been me. I hope people learn just how rude Jennifer is there.

Had to get five different sizes of small diameter vacuum/fuel line hoses totaling about 25 feet. They had all I needed and at a great price. Also courteous service.
good prices but every single time I buy a part I end up getting the wrong one from them an then have to come right back. I have learned to expect that from auto zone...
