Clean rooms. Friendly and they were attentive to special requests. Needed ground floor accommodation for health problems. Good cookies at night.

Nice hotel but the staff overall is a bunch of jerks especially the manager and front desk. For some reason, they feel they are above reproach when questioned about anything. Sounds like its time for a new office manager/hotel manager.
Fairly new hotel. The workers are friendly and helpful. Wireless internet. Very comfortable beds. Fridge, microwave, hair dryer and iron in each room. Indoor pool. Exercise room. Keyed entry on the back door. Breakfast includes eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and/or bacon, waffle/donut makers, cereal, fruit and a few bread and pastry items. Left off 1 star because it can be noisy. We have family in the area and have stayed there multiple times.
Note that several other customers in the past had problems and issues with bedbugs and the local management of this establishment didn't care enough to actually do anything about it or were plain disinterested. That might be what ends up in your car and what ends up going home with you. Think about it
