I had a coupon for a free pizza i went in and order a brownie along with my pizza. I misplaced my money. And the lady seen i was trying to find cash. She offered to pay for my brownies so my kids could enjoy them. It was very sweet.
I have gone to other papa johns and the pizza's were covered in toppings. Everytime i order a pizza at the salem location, it such a disappointment. I just spent $28 on a pizza and open the box to find virtually no toppings on one slice and the toppings on the rest were 3 inches from the edge of the crust. Needless to say this was the last time i get a pizza at papa johns. The funny thing is there are commecials all over tv advertising how the inspect their pizza to ensure the qauntity of toppings per slice. I guess the salem store didnt get the corporate memo.
Great food but horrible service and a totally screwed up way to pick up your pizzas you order online. Who wants to wait 20 more minutes in line to pickup the damn pizza that you ordered an hour ago online to pickup at 6. Then turn around and not be able to pickup your pizza while the incompetent manager Bill stands around acting like a chimpanzee without a clue of what to actually do so the line keeps growing. They need to send Bill packing.
I'm in charge of an annual car show for becks mill and papa John's was nice enough to donate three pizzas as door prizes.
